DFM (Design for Manufacturability)
A complete review of your product by our engineers can identify potential manufacturing issues that may have functionality, quality, long-term reliability and cost implications. The engineering staff also ensures your product can take advantage of VSE's extensive AVL database, giving you multiple material options for a robust design.
DFT (Design for Test)
Customers insist upon defect-free products. VSE can offer design-for-testability assistance on new products at the concept and prototype phase, or review your existing designs for maximum test coverage. For existing products, we can develop test fixtures and procedures to keep quality at the highest level possible. We offer 100% board-level test, 100% system-level test, failure analysis, debug, repair, and upgrades.
